Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on D20PlayCafe, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

All bakery items are for local pickup only. We are currently serving the Fremont County area of Colorado (Canon City, Florence, and Penrose) as well as Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
